We are seeking to recruit a full-time Admissions & Marketing Officer to join our growing team at PASCAL Private School Larnaka.

Requirements

• Creating and executing the activities of the department, both internal and external, in alignment with the Admissions & Marketing strategy and plan 
• Producing compelling marketing content, including social media posts, email marketing, articles, press releases, website content, guides, visuals, prospectuses and other printed and digital materials 
• Generating innovative ideas, leverage various promotional tools and sources, research new promotional and marketing methods and strategies, as well as monitoring local and international competition. Executing these strategies within specified deadlines and budgets 
• Performing daily marketing administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning and coordination of department activities 
• Establishing and monitoring information flow within the CRM system in coordination with other stakeholders of the organisation 
• Serving as a primary point of contact for inquiries related to admissions
• Managing the entire admissions process from initial inquiries to enrolment
• Evaluating applicants based on academic records, test scores, extracurricular activities, and other relevant criteria, in cooperation with the Head Teacher of every school
• Working closely with school administrators and other staff to ensure a smooth transition for admitted students
• Tracking and presenting accurate admissions data and trends to inform strategic decision-making
• Representing the school at campus tours, events, fairs, open days and information sessions
• Identifying areas for improvement and recommending initiatives to further develop the admissions process

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• Master’s degree or professional qualification in related fields, will be considered an advantage
• Proven experience as an Admissions & Marketing Officer or in a similar role will be considered an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact and collaborate effectively
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written
