We are recruiting for an experienced School Administrator to join our Primary team from December 2025, on an all year round permanent contract. The post holder will be based at reception and responsible for welcoming students, parents and visitors. The School Administrator will provide support as requested by the Primary Principal, Head of School and Senior Leadership Team. This is a varied role that required excellent attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage tasks effectively in a busy school environment.

The successful candidate will:
Have a minimum of two years experience working as a school administrator
Holds GCSE's (or equivalent) in English, Maths and ICT.
Have experience using ISAMS
Excellent Communication skills in person, by telephone and in writing
Strong IT skills and proficiency in using office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office
Understanding of safeguarding
