We are seeking a qualified and experienced Economics Teacher across all levels, starting from September 2026.
This is a full-time position for a teacher who can deliver his/her subject in an innovative and effective manner. The candidate must demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and an understanding of the demands of IGCSE’s/IB examinations, ensuring that students are very well prepared to take these and any entrance requirements for their next phase of education.
Previous IGCSE and/or IB DP Economics experience is preferred. The ability to teach Geography and/or History in the Middle School would be an advantage.
This position will suit flexible, enthusiastic, international and well-qualified candidates who can develop, maintain and stimulate pupils’ curiosity, interest and enjoyment in the subject.
Qualifications:
• University Degree in the subject
• Full secondary teaching qualifications;
• Proficiency in English and other language/s.
• Excellent understanding of the demands of IGCSE/IB examinations, ensuring that students are very well prepared to take these and any entrance requirements for their next phase of education;
• Experience teaching Economics at DP level in addition to humanities courses in KS3 and KS4.
