We are seeking to recruit a full-time Kitchen Assistant to join our growing team at PASCAL Lefkosia Campus.

Requirements
• Support the Kitchen Manager and Sous Chef in various duties to streamline the food preparation and presentation process
• Perform basic food preparation tasks, including washing, peeling and slicing
• Set up work areas by arranging necessary ingredients and cooking tools for efficient food preparation
• Keep the kitchen area clean and hygienic, including the washing of dishes, equipment and surfaces
• Participate in the management of kitchen inventory, including receiving, organising, and properly storing food supplies according to predetermined practices
• Comply with food safety and personal hygiene standards and protocols
• Follow safety guidelines while using kitchen machinery and equipment
• Acquire any other duties assigned by the management and are related to the activities of the Food & Beverage Department
Minimum qualifications
- Previous working experience in Hospitality, Cafeteria, or Canteen setting will be considered as an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact and collaborate effectively
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Excellent command of the Greek and English languages
