We are currently looking to appoint an Early Years Teacher for a permanent position.
✅ The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Early Years Education (Magisterio or Grado en Educación Infantil).
- Native/bilingual level of English (C1/C2).
- Spanish is highly desirable.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- A valid work permit to work in Andorra/European Union.
- Availability to start with us inmediately.
📌 Main responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the developmental stage of 5-year-old learners.
- Introduce age-appropriate vocabulary and language structures through songs, games, stories, and interactive activities.
- Foster listening, speaking, and early literacy skills following best practices in early childhood education.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages curiosity, autonomy, and participation.
- Use visual aids, hands-on materials, and structured play to support learning and language acquisition.
- Monitor, document, and assess students’ progress and development.
- Collaborate closely with the Early Years team to ensure a coherent and holistic learning experience.
- Maintain positive and regular communication with families regarding student progress and classroom life.
