We are currently seeking an Early Years Native Teacher to join our Early Years Department. This is a permanent, full‑time position starting on September 1st, 2026.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high‑quality Early Years lessons in English, fostering a warm, stimulating, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.
- Support children’s emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development through play‑based and inquiry‑based methodologies.
- Promote early literacy, communication, creativity, and foundational skills aligned with the Early Years curriculum.
- Observe, document, and assess children’s progress, providing regular and meaningful feedback to families.
- Ensure the safety, well‑being, and safeguarding of all pupils under your care at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the Early Years team, specialist teachers, and school leadership to support holistic development and curriculum continuity.
- Communicate effectively with families, fostering positive home‑school relationships.
- Participate in school events, meetings, training sessions, and professional development initiatives.
- Contribute to the school’s mission, values, and commitment to excellence, inclusion, and innovation.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A university degree in Early Childhood Education (Magisterio en Educación Infantil) or an equivalent qualification.
- Native‑level English proficiency (essential).
- Experience teaching Early Years and a strong understanding of developmental stages in 3 to 6‑year‑olds.
- A dynamic, empathetic, and child‑centred approach.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to contribute to an international and collaborative environment.
- A valid work permit to work in Spain / European Union (if applicable).
- Availability to start in September 2026.
