Key responsibilities:
• Respond to inquiries from students and parents, providing clear and comprehensive information via phone and email
• Set up and carry out personalised visits, highlighting key selling points of the school based on the customer profile
• Ensure follow-up communication with families via a range of channels, fostering connection and heightening engagement
• Maintain a comprehensive database of student information using CRM tools, including telephone logs, visit notes and other key feedback to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
• Advise prospective families on curriculum, available programs, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and associated costs
• Assist in organising and participate in open days, information sessions and other recruitment events
• Execute email nurturing campaigns to share key information with families based on client personas
• Audit the Parent Experience Journey, evaluate competitors’ activities, and make recommendations to the marketing team for campaigns and events
• Engage with team members to brainstorm ideas, develop global marketing strategies, and play an active role in advancing ongoing projects
