We are seeking to recruit a full-time Admissions Officer to join our growing team at The International School of Paphos.

Requirements
- Implement admission strategies to attract prospective students
- Serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries related to admissions
- Establish and monitor information flow within the CRM system in coordination with other stakeholders of the organisation
- Manage the entire admissions process from initial inquiries to enrolment
- Evaluate applicants based on academic records, test scores, extracurricular activities, and other relevant criteria, in cooperation with the Head Teacher of every school
- Oversee the registration process to ensure it runs smoothly
- Track and present accurate admissions data and trends to inform strategic decision-making
- Plan, organise and represent the school at campus tours, events, fairs, open days and information sessions
- Identify areas for improvement and recommending initiatives to further develop the admissions process
- Support any aspects / tasks related to Admissions & Marketing, as assigned by the Direct Report
- Acquire any other duties assigned by the Management Team of the school and are related to the activities of the Admissions Department
Minimum qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a similar field
- Proven experience as an Admissions Officer or in a similar role will be considered an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact and collaborate effectively
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written
