We are seeking to recruit a full-time Administrative Officer to join our growing team at The International School of Paphos.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide general administrative support to the school leadership team, teaching staff, and wider school community.
• Maintain accurate student, staff, and school records in accordance with data protection requirements.
• Assist with student admissions, enrolment, and registration processes.
• Prepare, distribute, and manage school correspondence, newsletters, reports, and other documentation.
• Organise meetings, appointments, school events, and administrative schedules.
• Support attendance monitoring and maintain relevant records.
• Process and manage administrative documentation, forms, and filing systems.
• Assist with the coordination of school communications and internal announcements.
• Maintain office supplies and liaise with external suppliers and service providers as required.
• Ensure administrative procedures are carried out efficiently and in line with school policies.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Previous experience in an administrative, office management, or customer service role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Desirable
• Previous experience working in a school or educational setting.
• Familiarity with student information systems and school management software.
• Knowledge of admissions, attendance, or school administrative procedures.
• Additional language skills.
• Understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality requirements within an educational environment.
