At CSF we are looking for an Accountant and Purchasing Specialist who will join our Finance department.

The ideal profile will be proactive, flexible and will have an international background with a high level of English.

Reporting directly to the Head of Administration and Finance, the chosen candidate will integrate the team on the active and passive cycle of corporate accounting, providing skills to ensure accuracy and financial compliance.

The candidate will be also responsible of sourcing and evaluating suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability, maintaining daily relationships with both our suppliers and our internal departments.

Report to:

● Head of Administration and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support active and passive invoicing processes;

• Company accounting activities;

• Prepare financial reports and analysis;

• Control and verification of compliance with local tax and accounting regulations;

• Manage general administrative practices;

• Update accounting records and ensuring accuracy of records;

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy of accounting data;

• Support in developing and implementing purchasing strategies in line with company objectives;

• Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability;

• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve the best possible outcomes;

• Manage supplier relationships and resolve any issues related to delivery or quality;

• Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of materials;

• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to deliver tailored solutions;

• Monitor market trends and analyze;

• Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities and supplier performance;

• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in all purchasing activities.


Qualifications and personal skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related fields;

• Proven experience in an accountant / purchasing role;

• Experience in an international environment would be considered a plus;

• Strong negotiation and communication skills;

• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite;

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills;

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;

• Teamwork oriented;

• High level of English, written and oral.
