We are seeking to recruit a full-time Accounts Assistant to join our growing team at The International School of Paphos.

Duties:
• Verify invoices, update accounting records, and manage petty cash transactions
• Prepare financial reports, reconcile accounts, and handle payroll tasks
• Maintain communication, respond to inquiries, and assist with audits
• Perform additional administrative and student-related duties as required
• Ensure confidentiality of all personnel, financial, and student data
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
• Previous experience in a similar role, is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
