As the school continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Admissions Manager to play a key role in attracting, engaging and enrolling families into our community. This position is much more than an admissions role: it is a strategic, relationship-driven position that sits at the heart of the school's growth and reputation. The successful candidate will act as an ambassador for the school, ensuring prospective families experience an outstanding admissions journey while contributing directly to enrolment and retention objectives.

🌟Key Responsibilities:

🎯Admissions & Student Recruitment

  • Lead and manage the full admissions journey, from initial enquiry through to enrolment and onboarding.
  • Act as the main point of contact for prospective families, delivering a highly personalized and professional experience.
  • Build strong relationships with families and guide them through the decision-making process with confidence and empathy.
  • Conduct school tours, admissions interviews and information sessions, effectively communicating the school's educational offering and unique value proposition.
  • Coordinate admissions assessments and collaborate closely with academic leaders and senior management throughout the admissions process.
  • Develop and execute effective follow-up strategies to maximise conversion rates and achieve enrolment targets.
  • Monitor admissions data, reporting and pipeline management through the school's CRM system.
  • Support retention initiatives and contribute to ensuring a positive experience for both prospective and current families.
  • Represent the school at admissions events, education fairs and networking opportunities.

📣Marketing & Community Engagement

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute recruitment and brand-awareness initiatives.
  • Support the planning and delivery of Open Days, information sessions, community events and promotional activities.
  • Contribute to strengthening the school's presence within both the local and international communities.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the school's visibility and attract new families.

✅Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, International Relations or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Admissions, Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Client Relationship Management or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Native or bilingual level of Catalan and Spanish.
  • English level C1 minimum (written and spoken).
  • Additional languages will be highly valued.
  • Strong commercial mindset with demonstrated ability to convert enquiries into enrolments.
  • Proven experience managing customer journeys from initial contact through to successful conversion and retention.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
  • Ability to build trust and establish long-term relationships with prospective and current families.
  • Strong customer service orientation combined with a results-driven approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance relationship building with the achievement of recruitment and enrolment targets.
  • High level of autonomy, ownership and accountability, with the ability to manage priorities independently.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive, resilient and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Confidence working within a multilingual and international environment.
  • Previous experience within international schools, private education, hospitality, premium services or similar sectors will be highly valued.
  • Genuine interest in education and commitment to supporting families throughout one of the most important decisions in their children's educational journey.
