Agora Andorra International School, located in the heart of the Pyrenees, is a private school whose main objective is to educate multilingual, responsible, ethical, and capable students, motivated to succeed in all areas of their lives. The school offers full language immersion, high academic standards, and is authorized to deliver the prestigious International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme (DP) at Post-16 level. We also offer excellent boarding facilities for international students.

We are currently seeking to appoint a new Teaching Assistant for the Early Years stage.

🧑‍🏫 Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Educational background related to Early Childhood Education or support roles in early learning environments.
  • Previous experience working in schools, particularly in Early Years settings.
  • Bilingual or high-level English proficiency is essential due to the international environment.
  • Knowledge of Spanish is highly desirable.
  • Strong teamwork skills, a caring approach to children, and adaptability.
  • Valid work permit to work in Andorra or the European Union.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the lead teacher in the Early Years classroom.
  • Assist with daily routines: arrival/departure, lunch, play-based and learning activities.
  • Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young learners.
  • Participate in school activities and collaborate with the wider educational team.

📅 Job Conditions:

  • Permanent contract.
  • Part-time position – 50% of full-time hours.
  • Start date: September 2025.
  • Salary in accordance with the collective agreement.
