We are seeking to recruit a full-time Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our growing team at PASCAL International Education, based at our Head Office in Lefkosia.

Requirements
• Developing and managing the annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans across the Group, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals and operational priorities of each business unit
• Building and maintaining comprehensive and robust financial models to evaluate business performance, support strategic decision-making, and assessing the financial viability of proposed projects, investments, and business cases
• Conducting in-depth variance analysis by comparing actual performance against budgets, forecasts, and historical trends, identifying key drivers of deviations, and providing actionable insights to relevant stakeholders
• Preparing and delivering monthly management reports, including dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs), to senior leadership of the Group to enable data-driven performance tracking and decision-making
• Providing support in cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and cost control initiatives, ensuring optimal financial health across the Group
• Collaborating closely with departmental heads to gather data, validate assumptions, and provide financial advice and insights that drive operational efficiency
• Performing business and scenario analysis, including evaluation of market trends, competitor benchmarking, and operational data to identify risks and opportunities for financial growth
• Assisting in the preparation of board packs, investor reports, and executive presentations, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and relevance of financial content
• Supporting the Group CFO in consolidation activities, and relevant projects that required financial analysis, contributing to the accurate and timely preparation of group-level financial statements
• Reviewing and validating the financial planning and reporting activities carried out by the Financial Controllers of each school, ensuring alignment with Group policies and reporting standards
• Providing guidance to the Financial Controllers, sharing best practices and promoting a culture of financial discipline, alignment and transparency
• Performing additional tasks and responsibilities related to the role that may arise as required by the management of the Group
Minimum Qualifications
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Economics and Finance or in any other relevant field
• Holder of ACA, ACCA, CFA or similar qualification
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in FP&A, financial modelling or business analysis
• Knowledge of Power BI or other analytics tools
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting principles and forecasting methodologies
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex analysis
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong Microsoft Office knowledge
• Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written
