Purpose of the Role
Reporting to the Chief People & Culture Officer, the Global Head of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for leading and supporting recruitment processes across Globeducate’s international network of schools and central teams. This role ensures the attraction, selection, and onboarding of top talent aligned with the organisation’s values, culture, and long-term strategic goals. Acting as a partner to regional HR and school leaders, the Global Head of Talent Acquisition will promote consistency, quality, and excellence in hiring practices worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition Strategy
Develop and implement global recruitment strategies in line with Globeducate’s People & Culture vision.
Ensure alignment between local and global talent acquisition initiatives.
Contribute to the employer branding strategy to strengthen Globeducate’s position as an employer of choice.
2. Recruitment Process Management
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for key positions across regions (leadership roles, education, and support functions).
Partner with regional HR teams and Principals to understand hiring needs and define job profiles.
Lead sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for global and strategic positions.
Ensure all recruitment processes are consistent, fair, and compliant with local employment regulations.
3. Talent Pipeline and Employer Branding
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles across the group.
Identify and engage with talent through proactive sourcing, networking, and digital platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
Collaborate with the Communications team to promote Globeducate’s employer brand globally.
4. Systems and Reporting
Manage the global applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data integrity.
Produce regular recruitment reports and metrics to support decision-making.
Continuously improve recruitment processes through feedback and analytics.
5. Collaboration and Advisory Role
Advise managers and HR teams on best practices in interviewing and selection.
Support international mobility and internal talent movements within the Group.
Contribute to global HR projects (e.g. onboarding, diversity & inclusion, talent mapping).
Key Skills and Competencies
Strong international recruitment experience (education sector experience is a plus).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach.
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Proficient in using ATS and digital sourcing tools.
Fluency in English (additional European languages are an asset).
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruitment, ideally with international exposure.
Experience in a multi-country or group structure (education, services, or corporate sector).
