We are seeking to recruit a full-time Junior Accountant to join our growing team at The International School of Paphos.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in daily bookkeeping and data entry
• Verify and post invoices, manage petty cash transactions, and update accounting records
• Reconcile bank, supplier, and customer accounts
• Support collections and follow up on outstanding receivables
• Assist in preparing monthly reports and closing procedures
• Communicate with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed
• Support audit preparation and respond to audit-related queries
• Ensure proper filing of documents and maintain confidentiality of financial and student data
• Perform additional finance-related administrative duties as required
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or a Higher Diploma in Accounting (including LCCI Higher Diploma in Accounting)
• Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage but is not required
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel); familiarity with accounting software is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
