What will you do?
As our new M&A Associate your detail-oriented mindset will ensure close monitoring and analysis in our expansion strategy with direct report to our M&A Director. You'll be involved in the full transaction lifecycle, helping to identify, evaluate and execute acquisitions while working alongside senior stakeholders across the business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Support the execution of buy-side M&A transactions from evaluation through to completion.
- Build and maintain financial models, including valuations, scenario analysis and sensitivities.
- Prepare investment memos, business cases and presentations for senior leadership.
- Coordinate and manage due diligence with internal stakeholders and external advisers.
- Analyse financial, operational, legal and people‑related risks.
- Support negotiations of transaction documentation (NBOs, SPAs, SHAs, etc.).
- Monitor the international K-12 education market and identify industry trends and acquisition opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, People and Operations teams throughout the transaction process.
Who are you?
- 3–5 years' experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, Transaction Services, Investment Banking, Private Equity or Corporate Development.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Experience supporting live transactions and managing multiple workstreams.
- Excellent Excel, PowerPoint and presentation skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across international teams.
- Experience within the education sector is advantageous but not essential.
