We are seeking to recruit a full-time Maintenance Senior Officer to join our growing team at PASCAL Private Schools Lemesos.

Requirements
- Prepare and monitor the daily and weekly work schedules for Maintenance and Cleaning staff to ensure efficient task allocation and timely completion of duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Maintenance and Cleaning team, providing guidance and support in performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and daily operational duties while ensuring that established cleanliness standards are maintained
- Conduct regular inspections of the organisation’s facilities, equipment, and infrastructure to identify maintenance and cleaning needs, potential hazards, and operational issues, in cooperation with the Head of Maintenance and the Health and Safety Officer / Coordinators
- Act as the first point of contact for maintenance and cleaning related issues reported by the management team and staff members, and coordinate the appropriate response
- Oversee and participate in maintenance and repair works, including electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance activities, ensuring the effective upkeep of the organisation’s premises
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and technical services, in cooperation with the Head of Maintenance
- Monitor the use, availability, ordering, and proper storage of maintenance and cleaning tools, equipment, and consumables, ensuring that adequate supplies are maintained
- Support the transfer and set up for the organisation’s events and activities when required
- •Perform any other duties assigned by management of the school that are related to the maintenance and upkeep of the organisation’s facilities
Minimum qualifications
- Undergraduate Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field will be considered as an advantage
- Previous hands-on experience in a similar role will also be considered as an advantage
- Excellent command of both Greek and English (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in the use of basic computer applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving and time management skills
- Physical stamina
- Reliability and punctuality
