Stonar School is seeking a creative, organised and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our busy Admissions & Marketing team.
This varied role will involve managing website content, creating engaging social media and video content, producing the weekly parent newsletter and supporting a range of exciting marketing and admissions activities.
We’re looking for someone with a creative eye, excellent organisational skills and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, who is happy to get stuck in, work at pace and thrive in a busy environment. If you’re outgoing, adaptable and enjoy making things happen, we’d love to hear from you.
Stonar is a thriving independent, co-educational day and boarding school for children aged 2–18, set within 90 acres of beautiful Wiltshire countryside just outside the World Heritage City of Bath.

Qualifications
Marketing qualification is desirable, but not essential
A degree or equivalent knowledge or experience
Literature and numerate (GCSE or equivalent grades A-C English & Maths)
Terms of Employment
• Hours: Full time, year round
• Holiday: 25 days’ holiday plus Bank Holidays. The 25 days can be taken throughout the year.
However, these dates cannot clash with major Marketing & Admissions events and must be
agreed with their Line Manager and the wider department in general, so as not to clash with
other members of the team, and to ensure that there is always coverage for the department
where possible.
• Office hours: Normal office hours are between Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00 with a one
hour unpaid lunch break
• Lunch is available when the school kitchen is open (no financial compensation is made during
school or kitchen closure)
• 10 days company sick (pro rata)
