We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and dynamic Senior School Pastoral Practitioner with a calm and approachable manner, to join our pastoral team. The Senior School Pastoral Practitioner will support and work closely with the Senior School Pastoral Lead in ensuring delivery of high standards of individualised pastoral care to enable each student to achieve the best possible personal development. The applicant will have experience of working in pastoral care with young people, with ELSA and Thrive qualifications being desirable for this position.
