We are seeking to recruit a full-time People & Culture Officer for Maternity Cover to join our growing team at PASCAL International Education.

Requirements

  • Support the recruitment and selection process
  • Assist with learning and development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with requirements set by the Ministry of Education and other relevant authorities
  • Provide administrative and operational support to employees and the People & Culture team
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Participate in HR projects and People & Culture initiatives

Minimum qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Psychology or a similar field 
  • Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources will be considered as an advantage
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
