We are seeking to recruit a full-time People & Culture Officer for Maternity Cover to join our growing team at PASCAL International Education.

Requirements
- Support the recruitment and selection process
- Assist with learning and development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with requirements set by the Ministry of Education and other relevant authorities
- Provide administrative and operational support to employees and the People & Culture team
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Participate in HR projects and People & Culture initiatives
Minimum qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Psychology or a similar field
- Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources will be considered as an advantage
- Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
