We are looking for a Global Talent Business Partner to join the Corporate People & Culture team.

This role provides support across all countries, with a particular focus on recruitment, learning and development, HR systems and reporting.

The position works closely with the Global People & Culture team to support day-to-day operations, improve internal processes and ensure that learning initiatives, recruitment activities and People systems are managed effectively across the organisation.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with systems, coordinating initiatives and using data to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development

  • Support the organisation and coordination of training and professional development initiatives across the group.
  • Assist in the development of learning materials and training resources.
  • Coordinate logistics and communication for internal training sessions and development programmes.
  • Track participation and maintain accurate records of learning activities.
  • Support the continuous improvement of learning platforms and training tools.

Recruitment

  • Support and manage recruitment processes across schools and corporate teams when required.
  • Take ownership of selected recruitment processes when needed.
  • Assist with candidate management through the ATS.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication.
  • Help maintain accurate recruitment tracking and reporting.
  • Support sourcing activities when required.

Employee Engagement & Surveys

  • Coordinate employee engagement and satisfaction surveys across the organisation.
  • Support the preparation, launch and follow-up of surveys.
  • Consolidate results and prepare summaries to support internal analysis.
  • Help track engagement actions and initiatives.

HR Systems & Platforms

  • Support the management and continuous improvement of People & Culture platforms used across the group, including recruitment and learning systems.
  • Help ensure consistent use of systems by schools and country teams.
  • Assist in improving workflows, templates and reporting within the platforms.
  • Help improve user experience and usability of the platforms across the organisation.
  • Provide basic support and guidance to users when needed.

Reporting & People Data

  • Support the preparation of HR reports related to recruitment, engagement and learning initiatives.
  • Maintain internal trackers and data files used by the People & Culture team.
  • Work with Excel and internal systems to organise and consolidate HR data.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across different trackers and systems.
  • Help improve visibility of key HR metrics across the organisation.

Profile

Experience

  • Experience in HR, People & Culture, operations, recruitment or learning and development.
  • Experience working with HR systems, Excel or reporting tools is highly valued.
  • Experience coordinating training or internal initiatives is a plus.

Skills

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills.
  • Comfortable working with systems, platforms and Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Fluent English is required.
